Dear Raider, VeLa RAID is a 5-day event with overnight stops in four different sites along the across 100 NM course. This requires a considerable effort from the organizers.
For this reason we ask that you make an effort to finalize your arrangement and let us in due time know whether you will need reservations for lodging and food. This is essential to have the event work out in a satisfactory way.
Below is an estimate of the costs of meals and lodging:
Lunch: 11€/person/day
Dinner: 30€/person/day
Night: 30€/person/day
The registration fee:
50€/person for the whole raid
35€/person for those who can join only for part of the raid
covers the costs of organization, secretary, welcome dinner, 1 polo shirt, 1 T shirt (that will be given to each participant), insurance, gadgets.

The deadline for registration is May 29th, 2011.
In case of cancellation: in case of withdrawal from participation at the event, payment will be reimbursed only if the withdrawal will be announced not later than May 29, 2011. Over that period the sums won't be fully returned (subscription fees + 30% of lodging expenditures + 50% jumpers price will be deducted).
