Dear raider, a 5-day event with different routes each day requires a great deal of organisational effort. This is why we ask for Your collaboration so that we can meet Your expectations and satisfy the requests/needs of each participant: it is therefore essential to know in advance – for example - if You want to sleep on a real bed, have dinner in a restaurant with the whole group, have the baskets prepared by the organisation for lunch… If You help us giving us this data You will be of great help because You will not only simplify our work but also do a useful thing for Yourself, avoiding annoying inconveniences which happen when things are organised at the last moment.
The costs of the offered services, which are still approximate at the moment, are about:
  • Lunch: 12€ per person per day
  • Dinner: 30€ per person per day
  • Overnight stay: 35€ per person per day

The registration fee, which would cover the cost of secretarial and organization, welcome dinner, the cost of a Tshirt (delivered to each participant), insurance against accidents, a gift for each crew will be:
75€/person person for those attending the entire event
45€/person person for those attending the velaraid reduced form (up to 2 days)

The registration fee covers the cost for the secretariat and the organization, assistance in the water, polo shirt and t-shirt for the event (given to each participant), insurance against accidents, a souvenir for each crew and the feast which closes the event.
That said, the choice is Yours:
A. Do You gave a boat which enables You to be independent as far as lunches, dinners and nights go? Do You want to save some money or be autonomous?
B. You do not have a boat such as the one described above or do You want to take advantage of some or all the services available? Registration is easy and quick:

  • Click on “register now” and compile the entire form with all the data and information regarding both You and Your crew;
  • Save it and send it to the organization (any later modification will be possible by clicking on “modify your registration”);
  • Pay the amount indicated in the recapitulation which will appear once you are registered;
  • You will be able to modify the data regarding You and Your crew and pay within the deadline of April, the 30th;

The deadline for entries is May 18, 2014.

Case of withdrawal: you can withdraw your registration no later than Sunday, May 13, 2013. Within that period the deposit and any other payments made will be refunded. Over that period but before 2 weeks form the event’s start, the earnest money (registration fee+30% service fee / gadgets) will be retained and will be returned only the excess amount.
